Many studies emphasized that effective academic supervision has a significant impact on the graduate student's outcome; and vice versa.Examining supervisors’ leadership understanding expectation of students supervisors supervisory activities increase chance students' achievement resilience in studies. There is limited research focused supervisor its students. Thus, this study aims to investigate relationship from lens supervisors' perspectives higher education Saudi Arabia. A qualitative approach was used with use interviews as tool acquire genuine perspective regarding study’s questions.
